Project included fire hydrant replacement, storm drainage improvements, isolated curb & gutter and sidewalk reconstruction, raised pedestrian crosswalk construction, roadway pavement rehabilitation (milling older pavement followed by asphalt overlay) and isolated full-depth roadway reconstruction.
